Apprenticeship Scheme
The Apprenticeship Scheme is open to anyone who lives or is based within 20 miles of Chippenham, Wiltshire and has recently finished a qualification in an IT related subject.
Applicants must submit a CV, covering letter and copies of qualification certificates to apprentice@itwiltshire.co.uk
Deadline for applications is Thursday 15th April 2010, you will receive an e-mail notification once your application has been received and contacted again on Monday 19th April to let you know if you have been successful in getting an interview for the position.
All applicants must have a Full UK Driving Licence and be willing to travel within the areas we cover: click here for a map
The placement will run from Monday 26th April 2010 - Friday 30th July 2010. hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (allowances can be made for prior work/education commitments, please mention this on your covering letter).
The scheme will pay the successful candidate £50/week for the duration of the placement as well as providing a company polo-shirt for you to wear.
For the right candidate, at the end of the 3-month Apprenticeship there will be an offer of a full-time job with IT Wiltshire. (Details to be discussed with the candidate during the placement)
Once accepted onto the scheme you will be expected to act in a professional manner and be polite and friendly at all times. If you wish to leave the scheme for any reason you must submit 14 days notice. Similarly, if IT Wiltshire Ltd wish to terminate the scheme, we must provide you with 14 days notice.
IT Wiltshire Ltd. reserve the right to issue a summary dismissal (immediate termination) for gross misconduct at any time during the apprenticeship scheme. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Wireless Offer
This offer includes setting up a wireless network connection for one PC or Laptop
The offer includes all labour, call-out charges and mileage, the offer also includes an 802.11G Router and either a PCI, USB or PCMCIA Wireless network card
This offer is based on the assumption that an ADSL Broadband service is already running on the line.
Any additional connections, file sharing or connection to printers will be charged extra.
