Repair or Diagnostic Reports

For an insurance company to process a warranty or insurance claim for your PC or Laptop, you will need a report from a registered Computer Repair company.

IT Wiltshire can supply you with both:

  • A Laptop engineer report for insurance
  • A PC engineer report for insurance


We can collect your PC / laptop, diagnose the fault and prepare a full report which will satisfy either the insurance company or your PC/Laptop Manufacturer.

We charge a flat rate of £45 for collection, diagnostic inspection,
report preperation and return delivery.

Turnaround usually 48 hours.
